Who are we?
Valerie Bos
Co-founder Startup Flevoland
Growing up in Almere means playing in the clay and pioneering from the start. For Valerie, looking at life with an entrepreneurial mindset has always come naturally. As a child, she served on Almere’s youth city council and as a teenager she launched many initiatives to connect young people. Today she is a seasoned entrepreneur with a passion for innovation, networking and the polder. She previously founded Startup Almere and spent years giving starting entrepreneurs a stage.

For more than 20 years, Martijn has been an entrepreneur in a world that changes every day, from tech to innovative communication solutions. His love for Flevoland runs deep. With roots in Almere, he knows better than anyone how essential collaboration is. Martijn played an important role as a strategic adviser in the development of Startup Almere. With his background in marketing and growth strategy, he helped build a strong brand and attract partners and investors. His sharp entrepreneurial insight and practical approach make him a trusted sparring partner for many startups in the region.
